Any further reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation of the Intellectual Property Content requires the prior authorisation of the rightholder, unless otherwise permitted by the applicable legislation.

Obligations of Users
Users are obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith and these Terms, and to refrain from any action that may harm the Company, third parties or the smooth operation of the Website.
In particular, the following are not permitted:
- Unauthorised access to systems or data and the circumvention of security measures.
- The introduction or dissemination of malicious software and the obstruction of the operation of the Website.
- The unlawful infringement of intellectual property rights, personality rights or the personal data of third parties.
- The unlawful or abusive automated extraction of Content or data.
In the event of established unlawful or abusive use, the Company may take appropriate and proportionate measures to protect the Website and its systems, without prejudice to the rights of Users and to the applicable legislation.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain hyperlinks (links) to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for information purposes or for the convenience of Users and do not, in themselves, imply endorsement of third-party content or the existence of cooperation with such third parties.
Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and policies. The Company does not systematically monitor their operation and content and assumes no liability for them beyond that provided for by the applicable legislation.
Personal Data Protection and Cookies
The Company processes personal data that may be collected through the Website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), Greek Law 4624/2019, Greek Law 3471/2006 and other applicable legislation.
For detailed information on the purposes and legal bases of the processing, the categories of data, the recipients, the retention periods and the rights of data subjects, Users may consult the Privacy Policy. Users are requested to study these documents carefully in order to understand the Company’s approach and practices with regard to their personal data.
Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems and Automated Decision-Making
In the event of the future integration into the Website of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems which enable interaction with Users or involve the processing of personal data, the Company will ensure compliance with the transparency, information and personal data protection requirements applicable from time to time, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act). Where provided for by the legislation in force, Users will be appropriately informed of the use of, and their interaction with, such systems.
The possible use of automated tools does not automatically entail automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. In the current operation of the Website, no such processing falling within the scope of the above provision takes place. In the event of a change in the functions of the Website that entails the application of Article 22 GDPR, the Company will ensure the prior fulfilment of the relevant information obligations and the implementation of the required safeguards, including the possibility of human intervention, where this is provided for by law.
Accuracy of Content – Limitation of Liability
The information and other material published on the Website are made available for the service and information of Users. Although the Company seeks to maintain the correctness, completeness and reliability of its content, inaccuracies, omissions or deviations from the data applicable from time to time may arise. Likewise, the availability and functionality of the Website may be affected by technical or other factors, and continuous and unimpeded access cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, the Website and its content are made available in their condition as it stands from time to time (“as is”), without the Company assuming, beyond what is required by the applicable legislation or any specific written agreement, additional warranties of any kind. This concerns, among other things, the suitability of the Website for a particular use, the absence of apparent or non-apparent defects, the accuracy of the information provided and the non-infringement of third-party rights.
To protect the Website and the information transmitted through it, the Company applies technical and organisational security measures, taking into account the obligations arising from the legal framework in force, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Nevertheless, given the particular characteristics of the internet and the continuous evolution of the related threats, the application of these measures does not entail the elimination of every possibility of technical failure, unauthorised interference or other event that may affect the security or operation of the Website.
Access to the content and use of the available functions take place under the responsibility of the Users, without prejudice to the liability borne by the Company under the law. In particular, and solely to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation, the liability of the Company is excluded for direct or indirect damage, whether pecuniary or non-pecuniary in nature, arising from circumstances not attributable to it, such as in particular: (a) actions of Users contrary to these Terms or to the legislation in force, including the abusive, fraudulent or malicious use of the Website, (b) events beyond its control, such as malfunctions of the infrastructure of third-party providers, connectivity problems, temporary unavailability of services or incidents of force majeure, and (c) erroneous or incomplete information, as well as the use or exploitation of the content by third parties in a manner that is unlawful or contrary to good faith.
The above provisions do not release the Company from obligations arising from provisions of mandatory law, nor do they limit rights of Users that are mandatorily protected by the applicable legislation.
Amendment of the Terms
The Company may amend or update these Terms, in particular due to changes in legislation, in the Intellectual Property Content or in the operation of the Website. The version in force from time to time is posted on the Website with reference to the date of the last update.
Amendments apply to future use of the Website from their publication or from any later date specified therein, subject to the applicable legislation.
Governing Law – Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by Greek law, subject to the rules of mandatory law and the applicable provisions of European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable provisions on international jurisdiction and territorial competence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, to the extent that they can be maintained independently.
